Job summary

The Granite Group Wholesalers LLC is seeking a full-time CASST support associate to ensure accurate order entry and proactive communication with customers. This role works Monday–Friday across Granite Group branches, logging orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving post-sale issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

As part of the CASST team, you will coordinate with showroom sales, manage order changes, and provide timely updates while using The Source to monitor status and generate

Responsibilities

• Scan each new bath, kitchen and lighting product order for accuracy.
• Log the new order into The Source (order management software).
• Procure all standard products and monitor order status.
• Provide updates to customers on order status and timelines.
• Re-source products to meet timeline promises and adjust orders as needed.
• Handle payments, refunds, and final delivery coordination with branches.
• Coordinate delivery dates with the local Granite Group branch warehouse team.
• Log calls and emails into the ticket system for seamless coverage.
• Create SpecBooks for showroom projects when requested.
• Assist showroom sales associates and support CASST efficiency and growth.
