Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Excellent detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Scan bath, kitchen and lighting product orders for accuracy.
• Log new orders into The Source order management software.
• Monitor status of orders and update customers on progress.
• Track POs and review order status.
• Re-source products to meet timelines.
• Handle order adjustments and process payments or refunds.
• Notify customers of completed orders and arrange final payment.
• Schedule delivery with local branch warehouse team.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer calls to CASST line and respond to CASST emails.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system.
• Initiate product returns and coordinate paperwork.
• Work through product and warranty issues.
• Check stock/lead times for sales associates.
• Create SpecBook and send to customer upon request.
• Serve as showroom resource to Granite Group coworkers.
