Job summary

Texas Pipe And Supply Company in Winnie, TX is seeking an Entry-level After Sales Service Department Associate to provide administrative and transactional support to the Sales team. You will focus on expediting, documentation accuracy, and customer follow-up to ensure excellent post-sale service.

Responsibilities include responding to customer requests, updating quotes and orders, expediting shipments and POs, and maintaining inventory knowledge while following inventory control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Epicor Prophet21 experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Become familiar and stay knowledgeable on our inventory.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and RMAs.
• Enter Quotes and Order, and order verification.
• Expedite orders and incoming POs and Sales orders.
• Advise sales of any changes on incoming POs and Sales orders
• Update Sales orders with any changes to customer information
• Other sales/expediting duties as assigned by manager.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:
