Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic sales/customer service concepts.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated support to respond to requests from assigned customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and RMAs.
• Expedite orders and incoming POs and Sales Orders.
• Advise sales of changes on incoming POs and Sales Orders.
• Update Sales orders with customer information changes.
