Job summary

Supportive Concepts for Families is seeking an experienced After-Hours Residential Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our community residential programs serving adults with IDD across Pennsylvania.

This field-based role covers evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, guiding Direct Support Professionals and on-call leadership to maintain safety, quality, and person-centered supports. You will be the eyes and ears after hours, driving problem-solving and compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervision experience in residential, healthcare, behavioral health, or IDD services.
• Strong knowledge of residential operations and person-centered supports.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across service areas.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned community homes during shifts to oversee operations.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for safety and compliance.
• Provide coaching and real-time guidance to Direct Support Professionals.
• Collaborate with program directors, nurses, QA, and on-call leadership.
• Respond to emergencies and support staffing during shortages.
