Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking an Overnight Program Supervisor for its Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder residential program in Pennsylvania. The role oversees youth aged 6–21 with IDD/ASD and guides a team of direct care staff in a 10:00pm–8:00am shift, four days a week, with rotating weekends.

You will ensure safety, manage operations, and deliver crisis intervention while supporting staff development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 credits in human services (psychology, sociology, social work, education, etc.) and two years of direct care experience.
• OR 60 college credits in human services and three years direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
• Supervise direct care staff and monitor daily program operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention support, guidance, and feedback to staff.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training for new employees.
