ServiceSource seeks an After-Hours Facility Support Specialist Lead to serve as the on-site primary contact during after-hours operations. You will supervise after-hours facility staff, maintain coverage, and ensure safe, respectful residential services while guiding team performance and training.

• Experience supervising direct staff preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies and ensure resident safety.
• Experience in human services, housing, or residential settings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision and support to all after-hours facility staff.
• Develop and adjust staff schedules to ensure coverage outside regular hours.
• Serve as primary point of contact for after-hours staff and residents.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for after-hours staff and manage timecards.
• Conduct performance coaching and participate in staff meetings.
