ServiceSource Inc is seeking an After-Hours Facility Support Specialist to provide front desk coverage, resident support, and building monitoring at Henninger Legacy Homes during evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and other non-business hours. This role ensures a welcoming, safe, and respectful residential community and serves as the primary on-site contact after hours.

You will handle check-ins, respond to emergencies, coordinate with on-call staff, document incidents, and support

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in front desk operations or housing/human services preferred.
• Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability preferred.
• Experience in 24-hour residential settings preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional front desk coverage during after-hours shifts, greeting residents, guests, and service providers.
• Check in residents and visitors per procedures and maintain accurate logs.
• Monitor building access and respond to after-hours calls and incidents.
• Coordinate with on-call staff and resources for residents' after-hours needs.
• Document incidents and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Support emergency procedures and communicate shifts to incoming staff.
