ServiceSource is seeking an After-Hours Facility Support Specialist to provide front desk coverage, resident assistance, and building monitoring at Henninger Legacy Homes in Lakewood, CO. This part-time role requires evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities including check-ins, access control, and coordinating with on-call staff.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and knowledge of trauma-informed

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and service providers in a welcoming, professional manner.

• Monitor building access and respond to alarms or incidents per procedures.
• Maintain shift logs and incident reports with accuracy.
• Support emergency procedures and connect residents with on-call resources when needed.
