ServiceSource is seeking an After-Hours Facility Support Specialist Lead to serve as the primary on-site contact during after-hours operations at the Lakewood facility. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and coordinate coverage.

You will interact with residents, visitors, vendors, and emergency responders, handling access, safety procedures, and incident reporting while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or residential services preferred.
• Experience supervising direct staff strongly preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision and support to all after-hours facility staff and coordinate coverage.
• Maintain building access, safety procedures, and resident service standards after hours.
• Respond to resident concerns, emergencies, and customer service issues during after-hours.
