ServiceSource is seeking an After-Hours Facility Support Specialist for Henninger Legacy Homes. This part-time role covers evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, serving as the primary on-site contact during non-business hours.

The position supports residents and maintains a safe, welcoming community while following established procedures. The ideal candidate provides professional front desk service, ensures secure access, and coordinates with on-call staff for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations or residential settings is preferred.
• Experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability is a plus.
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional front desk coverage during after-hours shifts, greeting residents and visitors respectfully.
• Check in residents and verify access per policies; maintain accurate check-in records.
• Monitor building access, respond to alarms, and coordinate with on-call staff as needed.
• Document incidents and maintain shift logs accurately and timely.
