Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a 74-unit affordable housing property in New York, NY. You will manage daily operations, oversee budgeting, and supervise staff to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in residential multifamily management with at least 2 years in affordable housing, LIHTC familiarity, and proficiency with RealPage OneSite and MS Office. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum two years of affordable housing experience.
• Associate degree in Marketing and/or Business preferred.
• LIHTC knowledge and Section 8 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations.
• Collect rent and property fees from residents.
• Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and make-ready processes with maintenance team.
