Requires 3+ years in residential multifamily management, 2+ years in affordable housing, LIHTC/Section 8 familiarity, and proficiency with RealPage OneSite and Microsoft Office. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of residential multifamily property management experience
• Minimum 2 years of affordable housing experience
• Familiarity with Section 8, LIHTC, and voucher submissions
• LIHTC certification preferred

• Oversee daily property operations
• Manage rent collection and resident charges
• Address resident concerns professionally
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and make-ready processes
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and capital plans
• Oversee accounting functions including invoicing and evictions
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Verify income eligibility per government regulations
