You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC programs, and drive resident satisfaction through strong leadership and organized processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of multifamily property management, knowledge of government housing programs, and proficiency with RealPage OneSite and Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum two years of affordable housing experience.
• LIHTC Certification preferred.
• Experience with Section 8, LIHTC, and voucher submission.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• RealPage OneSite or similar property management software experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance.
• Collect rent and other fees from residents.
• Address resident concerns professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and capital improvements.
• Manage accounting tasks including invoices and evictions.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Verify income in line with government regulations.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
