Experience with Affordable Housing programs is required, along with strong sales, customer service, and communication skills to greet prospects, tour the property, close leases, and process applications promptly.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Apartment management and/or sales experience is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments: greet prospects, tour, close, process applications, sign leases.
• Document prospect contacts and complete market surveys.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and amenities.
• Handle rent payments and prepare reports like market surveys.
• Support marketing and ensure advertising accuracy.
