Eureka Multifamily Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Agent to handle apartment rentals, resident move-ins, and lease renewals, along with required paperwork and strong resident service. You will conduct tours, process applications, verify documentation, and help maintain occupancy in HUD/LIHTC communities while ensuring accurate tenant records and compliance.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate and maintain good relationships with residents and site employees.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with persons of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in customer service and sales.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist community managers in maintaining occupancy levels at the affordable living community.
• Rent apartments to meet or exceed occupancy goals including tours, wait list management, verification, and applications.
• Familiar with HUD and LIHTC regulations and ensure compliance.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and packets, obtain signatures and documentation.
• Receive rent payments, post to resident accounts, and maintain accurate resident records.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns.
