Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals with strong attention to resident service and compliance. You will support occupancy goals and coordinate paperwork for new residents in a HUD/LIHTC-aware environment.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, move-in documentation, rent processing, and ongoing resident support while maintaining compliance with housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with diverse residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist community managers in meeting occupancy goals through tours and applications.
• Conduct property tours, maintain wait lists, and gather verification for new residents.
• Process move-in paperwork and leases in accordance with onsite procedures.
• Post rent payments and maintain resident records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and other regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident inquiries.
