Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to handle apartment rentals, resident move-ins, and lease renewals, including completing all required administrative paperwork. You will support the community and resident retention while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, maintaining occupancy goals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws in an affordable housing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the community managers in maintaining occupancy levels.
• Rent apartments, conduct tours, gather verifications, and process applications.
• Familiar with HUD and LIHTC regulations.
• Obtain signatures and documentation for move-in.
• Prepare move-in packets and lease paperwork.
• Assist with incoming/outgoing calls and inquiries.
• Provide tours, interviews, and respond to mailings and calls.
• Update resident records and post rent payments.
