Job summary

TRG Management seeks a leasing-oriented professional to interview residents, explain unit details, and process income verifications for affordable housing programs. You will manage waitlists, coordinate move-ins, and liaise with property teams to ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience in multifamily real estate, strong customer service, and familiarity with housing software.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation required.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse populations.
• Experience leasing or managing affordable/workforce housing.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents in compliance with Fair Housing standards.
• Explain units, terms, and amenities to applicants.
• Process applications and income verifications for affordable housing.
• Manage waitlists and move-in readiness for subsidized units.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to ensure regulatory compliance.
