You will handle inquiries by phone, in person, and email, coordinate property showings, process applications, and assist the Property Manager. Knowledge of Yardi and MS Office is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Previous leasing experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, including leasing information and making appointments.
• Process applications.
• Advertise available properties using various media and promotional materials.
• Assist the Property Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Provide consistent customer service per the Atlantic Housing Foundation Way.
• Enter information into the property software system.
• Maintain working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning apartment leasing and management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
