Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group in Fargo, ND is seeking a Leasing Agent to handle apartment rentals, resident move-ins, and lease renewals, completing all required administrative paperwork and supporting resident retention. You will deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating tours, and presenting available homes.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy targets, processing applications, gathering verification, following HUD/LIHTC guidelines, and posting rents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist community managers to maintain occupancy and meet goals.
• Rent apartments, conduct tours, and process applications and move-in paperwork.
• Familiar with HUD and LIHTC regulations.
• Handle rent payments, receipts, and resident records accurately.
• Provide tours, respond to inquiries, and manage move-in documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and report issues.
