Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration and risk management to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.

The position requires leadership in cost control, marketing, and strategic leasing, with emphasis on affordable housing programs and fair housing compliance. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• On-site leadership and staff supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
