Pueblo Village, managed by Pratum Companies, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations at an affordable housing community in Pueblo, CO. The role emphasizes coaching onsite teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving occupancy, and delivering exceptional resident service.

The ideal candidate has prior community/property management experience, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and familiarity with affordable housing programs.

Qualifications

• Previous Community Manager or Property Manager experience required.
• Affordable Housing experience (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, or other affordable housing programs) strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and property operations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all daily operations of the community
• Leading, developing, and supporting onsite team members
• Ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs and company policies
• Managing budgets, financial performance, rent collections, and reporting
• Monitoring occupancy, leasing, and resident retention
• Coordinating maintenance operations to ensure the community is safe and well maintained
• Building positive relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership partners
• Preparing for agency inspections and maintaining regulatory compliance
