Job summary

Pratum Co is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Pueblo Village in Pueblo, Colorado. The role supports daily operations of an affordable housing community, handling applications, leases, rent processes, resident files, and on-site coordination with maintenance, delivering strong customer service to residents.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour. The job requires flexibility, on-call availability, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience preferred.
• Affordable Housing experience (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, or other affordable programs) is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily operations of the community
• Providing outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Processing applications, leases, and resident files
• Assisting with rent collection and delinquency follow-up
• Maintaining accurate resident records and ensuring program compliance
• Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Supporting occupancy goals and resident retention efforts
• Performing other administrative and operational duties as assigned
