Pratum Companies is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for Pueblo Village in Pueblo, Colorado. The role supports daily property operations, delivers customer service to residents, processes applications and leases, and helps with rent collection and file maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8 or other affordable housing programs is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the community.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Process applications, leases, and resident files.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
• Maintain accurate resident records and ensure program compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Support occupancy goals and resident retention efforts.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed.
