Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community onsite under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial operations, while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Essential duties include budgeting, staff development, marketing plans, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. A high school diploma is required, with bachelor’s preferred and experience in affordable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management and on-site staff supervision.
• On-site leadership ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the property.
• Develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies to optimize occupancy.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance and administrative tasks; ensure timely reporting and documentation.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
