Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with LIHTC and PBV/Section 8.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, HUD, and tax credit compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage/Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Resident Relations: assist with application processing, waitlists, move-ins, transfers, and move-outs; provide professional customer service; respond to inquiries; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
