Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and provide leasing information, schedule tours, take maintenance requests, assist residents with needs.
• Work with the Property Manager in learning all aspects of management, including admin and financial duties.
• Assist in handling resident service requests and concerns as required.
• Manage rent collection and submit notices as required.
• Walk and inspect property daily and check vacant apartments.
• Prepare monthly reports including renewals, rents, leasing, traffic and resident retention HUD/LIHTC compliance paperwork.
