Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in affordable housing, resident services, property management, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, resident communication, and office operations
• Support rent collection, payment portals, and early delinquency follow-up
• Help prepare and track recertifications and compliance documents
• Maintain organized HUD/LIHTC files and Yardi uploads
• Coordinate resident events, resources, and service referrals
• Assist with reasonable accommodations and lease compliance
• Support reporting and documentation requirements
