Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Orlando, FL is seeking an Affordable Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager at a fully affordable LIHTC + Sec8 community. This role focuses on operations, leasing, rent collection, reporting, and a positive resident experience.

You will coordinate with maintenance, protect confidentiality, and help train staff while ensuring compliance with program rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• LIHTC / Sec8 knowledge required.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident relations.
• Maintain accounts receivable and rent rolls; post rent and deposit payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Process evictions and lease renewals; assist with leasing as needed.
