Paths Building Services LLC seeks a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager for LIHTC communities in Austin, TX. The role handles tenant interactions, rent collections, lease administration, and maintenance coordination to ensure property readiness and compliance.

Required 2+ years in property management with Section 8 experience; strong MS Office and Yardi skills; previous supervisory experience is a plus. Position offers full-time/part-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, including Section 8
• Knowledge of Tax Credit regulatory standards is preferred
• Experience supervising staff is a plus
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily arrears collections and follow-ups with residents
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes
• Inspect units before and after occupancy
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders
• Assist with annual unit inspections for LIHTC compliance
• Ensure timely resident certifications and move-in packages
• Process new move-in and Section 8 review paperwork
