Job summary

Affiliated Resources Group seeks an Assistant Property Manager I to support the Corporate office and assist in operating Market, Section 8, Tax Credit/Bond and LIHTC sites. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and multitasking across multiple properties.

Responsibilities include leasing support, budget prep, data entry, and ensuring compliance with HUD regulations while maintaining resident services and marketability of properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years progressive experience in Property Management.
• Experience with Yardi software program usage is required.
• Knowledge of Tax Credit/Bond, LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 property management is desirable.
• Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and financial planning for Market, Section 8, Tax Credit/Bond and LIHTC sites.
• Coordinate leasing, resident services and marketing activities across sites.
• Assist in budgeting, owner reporting and audit preparation with management team.
