Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an Affiliate Associate Director to proactively manage a portfolio of affiliate programmes, ensuring performance against target metrics and overseeing programme management and affiliate relationships.

You will develop growth tactics, monitor KPIs, deliver regular reports, and build strong client relationships through meetings, calls, and emails while contributing to team management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in agency or network environments.
• Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage a portfolio of affiliate programmes and oversee programme management.
• Build and maintain affiliate relationships while pursuing growth through new tactics, offers and recruitment strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights, and support team management.
