January Digital LLC in New York and Dallas is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own day-to-day affiliate programs, balance hands-on execution with strategic growth, and optimize partnerships. You will recruit affiliates, manage platforms, monitor performance, and align activities with client goals.

This hybrid role requires 3-5 years in affiliate marketing, strong analytics, and excellent communication to drive revenue growth and ROI while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in affiliate marketing or digital media.
• Proven program management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with affiliates.
• Experience with platform management (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, AWIN or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day affiliate program execution, recruitment, onboarding, and platform setup.
• Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships with consistent communication and opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Support development of affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee reporting deliverables and ensure timely, insightful client updates.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Stay informed on emerging affiliate trends and competitors.
