829 Studios is seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to join our team. This role supports affiliate strategists with day-to-day program management and platform oversight, balancing partner recruitment with data-driven optimization.

You will cultivate high-impact partner relationships, oversee technical health of affiliate platforms, and bridge client objectives with partner execution to maximize performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present data to inform client strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven with ability to nurture and manage key partner relationships for mutual success.
• Expertise with major affiliate networks and platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple programs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics to identify trends and provide ROI-focused recommendations.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, contributing to strategy and presenting program performance.
• Maintain deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across client accounts.
