Realtime is seeking an Affiliate Manager to own a portfolio of client affiliate programs and grow them into reliable, profitable revenue channels. You’ll be the day-to-day lead for your clients, designing affiliate strategies and acting as the hands-on manager for a small, distributed team.

You’ll combine relationship management with commercial thinking, data analysis and hands-on programme execution to drive revenue, ROI and profitability.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in affiliate, partnership or performance marketing.
• Hands-on with networks or SaaS platforms like Awin/impact.
• Proven growth of affiliate programmes via recruitment and negotiation.
• Strong client management and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and forecasting with large datasets.
• Excel/Sheets skills for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as day-to-day contact for a portfolio of affiliate clients.
• Translate client goals into affiliate strategies and KPIs.
• Own program performance, identify opportunities and risks.
• Present performance and strategy to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple programs with strong delivery standards.
• Recruit, activate and develop new partners across the funnel.
• Negotiate placements, commissions and other commercial opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency.
• Support new business activities including audits and pitches.
