The client is seeking an Affiliate Associate Director to proactively manage a portfolio of affiliate programmes, ensuring ongoing performance against target metrics. The role will oversee affiliate programme management and relationship building with existing affiliates, while also supporting growth by introducing new tactics, offers, and recruitment strategies. You will monitor programme performance to ensure KPIs are met and provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights.

In this role, you will establish and maintain strong client relationships through frequent communication, including face-to-face meetings, calls, and email, and will develop an understanding of key affiliate industry issues and how they influence programme development, management, and strategy. You are expected to deliver first-class client service and represent the programme through industry networking events.

You will support team management responsibilities and bring a minimum of three years' experience within an agency and/or network environment. The client expects a passion for affiliates and an understanding of the marketplace, along with strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills, the ability to anticipate problems, high numeracy and literacy with close attention to detail, and the capability to multitask and perform under pressure. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships are required, as well as the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to change.
