• Ability to prioritize and manage maintenance resources across the subway system.

Responsibilities

• Direct AFC/OMNY maintenance across the subway system during evening, night, and weekends.
• Prioritize service calls, preventive maintenance, software installations, and hardware modifications.
• Ensure AFC equipment availability and reliability through effective staffing and resource use.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and security of AFC/OMNY equipment during off-peak hours.
• Direct maintenance staff during off-hour shifts and ensure safety protocols.
