Responsibilities

• Enact and manage the NYCT/MTA CMMS.
• Support Facilities, Non-Rev Support Fleet, and Bus Operations through evaluation.
• Train staff across workforce with emphasis on represented workforce.
• Record asset maintenance and repairs using CMMS.
• Identify deficiencies in processes and implement remediation plans.
• Ensure depot staff are aware of policy changes impacting CMMS usage.
