Job summary

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) NYC Transit seeks a Superintendent, Facilities to oversee maintenance, construction, and operations across city stations and facilities. The role requires a High School Diploma and 5+ years of related experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and five years of related experience, including three in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, construction, and operations across NYC Transit stations and facilities.
• Direct multi-trade teams for repair, inspection, and rehabilitation of systems (structural, electrical, plumbing, and architectural).
• Ensure safety, reliability, and compliance in transit environments.
