Job summary

SEV Laser is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to drive client experiences and sales at our Chicago clinic. You’ll welcome clients, present SEV services, memberships, and products, and guide them through pricing and promotions.

You will manage bookings, payments, and inquiries, while supporting a fast-paced team and meeting individual sales goals. Weekend availability is required and prior client-focused sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Address questions and concerns with care and urgency.
