SEV SKIN seeks a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences from arrival to departure in a fast-paced aesthetics clinic network.

You will promote services and products, educate clients on pricing and promotions, and support achieving sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, organized front desk and accurate payment processing. Weekend availability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic's overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV SKIN's booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
