Job summary

SEV SKIN is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to be the first and last contact for clients, driving sales and delivering an exceptional experience. You will promote services, memberships, and products while guiding clients through pricing and promotions in a fast-paced clinic.

You will welcome clients, manage check-in/out and payments, book appointments, and maintain a polished front desk. Weekend availability is required, with growth opportunities in a thriving, national aesthetics brand.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and active listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Comfort using computers, booking platforms, and client-management systems.
• Basic math skills and ability to process payments accurately.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail sales, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV SKIN’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV SKIN’s service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by leadership.
