Job summary

Sev Skin is hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate to create an exceptional client experience while promoting services and products. You will be the first and last contact for clients, guiding them through treatments, memberships, and promotions to meet individual goals.

As a critical sales-driven member of a fast-paced clinic, you’ll handle bookings, payments, and inquiries with professionalism, while maintaining a welcoming front desk and contributing to overall clinic success.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven with ability to upsell services and products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV SKIN’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV SKIN’s service and selling standards.
