Job summary

SEV Skin is seeking a frontline sales and client-experience specialist in Dallas to promote services and memberships while delivering a polished, welcoming experience from check-in to checkout.

You will educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions, meet individual sales goals, and maintain relationships through knowledgeable service. Weekend availability and a collaborative team mindset are prized.

• Strong communication, customer service, and active-listening skills are required.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships through personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage client check-in/check-out and payment processing with accuracy.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Use SEV Skin’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing tasks per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, stocked front-desk area and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Assist with inventory and training as directed by leadership.
