Job summary

SEV SKIN is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who will set the tone for every visit by warmly welcoming clients, guiding them to services, memberships, and products that meet their goals.

You will manage check-ins, bookings, and payments, while building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced clinic. Weekend availability is required, and experience in beauty, wellness, or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
