Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager in Memphis, TN to drive revenue by selling our full Aesthetic portfolio to healthcare providers and practices. You will own territory performance, build key relationships, and execute regional strategies at the local level.

You will coordinate training, lead promotional programs, and ensure compliant, accurate pricing and documentation while collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota-driven role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• Strong business acumen to interpret financial drivers and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue performance through strategic business planning and account management.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities through consultative selling.
• Partner with practice owners and stakeholders to tailor portfolio solutions.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Lead HCP training programs and educational events to drive product adoption.
• Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting, and pipeline management.
