Naked MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator in Meridian, Idaho to ensure flawless patient experiences and efficient studio operations. You will act as the operational backbone—prepping trays, opening and closing the studio, and supporting the front desk and care team to keep every patient journey smooth.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage inventory, prep trays, and coordinate daily studio operations.
• Friday and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify procedure trays.
• Open/close studio and perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a pristine standard.
• Coordinate provider breaks and meals to keep the schedule flowing.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks, including patient check-in/out.
• Assist with patient documentation and before/after photos.
