Job summary

Naked MD, Inc. is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator in the Boise area to support daily studio operations and patient care. You’ll prep trays, manage inventory, and help maintain a seamless patient experience from check-in to room turnover.

The role focuses on operational excellence, teamwork, and delivering exceptional care while keeping every procedure area organized and stocked for flawless service. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must thrive in a fast-moving aesthetic setting.
• Experience in aesthetics or medical environments is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.
