Job summary

Naked MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator in Idaho to orchestrate the patient flow and operational efficiency of our studio. You’ll prepare and verify procedure trays, manage daily studio readiness, and keep treatment rooms immaculate while supporting front desk tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Inventory and tray prep accuracy required.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping tasks.
• Reliable and compassionate team member.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-moving aesthetics environment.
• Licenses such as MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they're needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient's dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role
